Dream pop two piece, Beach House, has that vaguely familiar sound that you just can't place, a result of being accessible yet innovative. You hear history in their sound like they spent some time with with Mom's old 45s. Laid back and dreamy for sure, like you'd crank it up high in your '63 convertible (if I had one), coming home from a bender, under a muggy midnight summer sky as the stars streamed by overhead.
