‘Live From Shankill’ is a collection of formerly unrecorded tracks composed by Fahy,* recorded live on 12 December 2008 from a private Shankill engagement. Performers included Rachael Eisley, Jiang Dan, Zhang Li, Emer Mulholland and Zaytsev on horns.

*”Song For Tom” was written by Rachael Eisley and Emer Mulholland.

'Tom Fahy' was an assemblage of musicians headed by multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger and County Galway native Tom Fahy, born Quinn McCarthy (1971-19 June 2008.). Core members included Jiang Dan, Rachael Eisley, Zhang Li and Liu Kaige, while other players were drafted for the requirements of particular pieces.

A young, emerging talent out of the Greater Toronto Area. Combining jazz, folk, and rock styles with meaningful lyrics sung by a beautiful female voice, this group has a very unique sound. It is a very diverse stuff, ranging from the examples of alt-folk, straightforward pop punk and twee-pop to free form guitar improvisations and noise music.
